Matthew 6:31 Therefore take no thought, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed?
Matthew 6:32 (For after all these things do the Gentiles seek:) for your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things.
Matthew 6:33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.
Matthew 6:34 Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof.

We've just got a new acronym! (as if we haven't got enough) Hahax, it's
DYD

This stands for 'Do Your Devotions'. Have some quiet time, and read your Bible. Follow a guide, or your own system (like 10 chapters a month?). Remember to pray for guidance before and after, and try to digest what the passage is saying. Apply it to your life if there's a need.
The importance here is firstly to expose yourself to God's word so you can be drawn nearer to Him. Also, it is very important for a Christian to have their own interpretation of the Scriptures, not just to follow blindly after another person's ideas. We must each build our own conviction, with the Spirit's guidance.
Feel free to ask your KS Seniors/group leaders/youth workers/church leaders for help with difficult parts. Or use the tagboard.

Again, DYD!
